Quick Assist

Quick Assist is a remote support program for people who occasionally would like a little help with their Desktop or Laptop computer. This program is for anyone with a fully functional computer, but just need some help with such things as email, word processing, Facebook, printing, scanning, or just about any other computer application.

The computer assistance is provided remotely. We establish a remote connection between the Senior's computer and our own. That way, we can be "on call" to provide assistance just about anytime.

The price for the Senior Assist service is just $1 per minute of connect time, with a minimum of $30. For example, if a Senior calls for help with an email problem and we can resolve it in 30 minutes, the cost is only $30. To give it a try, just call Tom Campbell on his mobile phone (910) 547-6297.
