Do you ever just want to start over?

Sometimes it's a good idea just to start over. By that, we mean returning your computer back to it's original condition as it was when it was new, but without any data loss. Sometimes, our Restoration with Data Backup service is necessary, based on the condition of your computer. For example, the accidental removal of a large number of system files, major corruption in your system registry, or perhaps even extensive infection of viruses can all be good reasons to justify this service.   Our Restoration with Data Backup service is different than our PC Tuneup & Virus Removal service. 

Steps to Full Restoration service:

  1. BACKUP: First, we backup your data to one of our backup drives. We copy your documents, music, pictures, spreadsheets, email, and any third-party data to another hard drive. If you want to have a backup of your information to take home, then you can provide your own backup hard drive (see us for details).
  2. REFORMAT: Next, we reformat your current hard drive, and then rebuild the partition. This step makes the hard drive look brand new.
  3. REINSTALL: Then, we reinstall your Operating System (OS). Regardless of which OS you are currently using, we can reinstall it on your newly formated hard drive.  ACTIVATE: After reinstallation of the OS, we make sure that it passes the "Geniune" test required by the OS service provider (ie., Microsoft).
  4. DRIVERS: The next step is to find and reinstall any and all device drivers to make sure you computer is running as it should.
  5. RESTORE: Finally, we copy back your data from the backup hard drive, making sure it's placed in the right position for easy access.
  6. PROTECT: As a bonus, we will install Free protection and performance software if you give us permission to do so.
