Sometimes it becomes necessary to bring our knowledge and experience to you. For that reason, Beach PC offers on-site consulting covering a wide variety of services, including the following:
NETWORKING: We will come to your home or office and perform network-related services, such as installing your Internet, setting up printer and file sharing, and configuring your computer for remote access.
PC SETUP: We will help you setup your new PC and/or printer, and then make sure your data gets transferred from your old hardware.
TRAINING: If you need specialized training, we can provide help. Both Tom and Jon have the ability to tutor just about anyone about the general use of the computer or specific application.
OUR CONSULTING RATES: We charge by the half-hour. The first-half hour costs $60 for on-site work, which is also our minimum charge for any on-site call. Our rate drops to $40 per half-hour thereafter. We waive all transportation charges to clients within our local operating area (from Fort Fisher to Monkey Junction). If you are outside our local operating area, then a transportation charge may apply. Give us a call for more information and to schedule an on-site appointment.
